Getting Started with maroontoto on Mobile
Downloading our app takes less than two minutes. Visit your device's app store (iOS or Android), search for "maroontoto," and tap Install. Once the app opens, log in with your maroontoto account credentials — the same username and password you use on our website. If you don't have an account yet, you can register directly in the app by providing your email, phone number, and a password.
After login, the app displays your account balance, current tier level, and available promotions in the home feed. You'll see a navigation menu at the bottom with tabs for Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Esports, Account, and Promotions. Each tab groups games and betting options so you can find what you want quickly.
Sportsbook and Live Football
Our Sportsbook tab shows upcoming and live football matches from Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, and Premier League. You can also find badminton tournaments, MotoGP races, and other sports. The app processes your bet in real time and adds it to your bet history. If the match is live, you can watch the score update as you place bets.
We update odds throughout the day as matches approach and during play. The app sends you push notifications for odds changes on your favourite teams and leagues, so you don't miss a shift in the market.
Live-Dealer Tables and Casino Games
Our Live Casino tab connects you to real dealers in multi-camera studios. You can play blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and other table games. Each table shows the dealer, the current bet limits, and how many seats are available. Tap a table to join, and the app streams the live video feed directly to your phone.
The betting interface sits below the video. You select your chips, place your bet on the table layout, and the dealer spins or deals. The app shows your win or loss instantly and updates your balance. You can chat with the dealer and other players using the chat box — a feature many users enjoy during evening sessions.
Live-dealer games run 24/7 on maroontoto. Tables fill up during peak hours (evenings and weekends), so if your preferred table is full, you can join a waitlist or switch to another table with the same game and bet limits.

Our tiers are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier unlocks a higher weekly cashback rate. Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to your account by Tuesday morning.
To claim your cashback, you don't need to do anything — it's automatic. We calculate your total wagers from the previous week, apply your tier's cashback percentage, and add the credit to your balance. Tier resets monthly

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
The Account tab in the app gives you access to your payment settings. To deposit, tap Deposit, choose your payment method, and enter the amount. You confirm the payment in your e-wallet app, and your maroontoto balance updates within seconds. Bank transfers via local payment or virtual account take longer — typically a few hours during business hours, or until the next business day if you transfer outside banking hours.
To withdraw, tap Withdraw, choose your payment method, and enter the amount. We process withdrawals subject to standard verification windows. Your first withdrawal may require additional account verification (uploading an ID photo or proof of address). After that, withdrawals are faster. The funds are sent to your chosen payment method and should arrive within the timeframe typical for that method.
Account Security and Verification
We protect your account with encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA). When you first log in from a new device, we may ask you to verify your identity by entering a code sent to your email or phone. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access.
You can enable 2FA in Account → Security Settings. We recommend turning it on, especially if you plan to keep a large balance in your account. With 2FA enabled, anyone trying to log in from a new device will need your password and a verification code — making it much harder for someone else to access your account.
If you forget your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We'll send you a reset link via email. Click the link, create a new password, and log back in. If you have trouble resetting your password, our support team can help — tap Help in the app or email us.
Push Notifications and Customizing Your Experience
The app sends you push notifications for odds updates, promotion alerts, and withdrawal confirmations. You can customize which notifications you receive in Account → Notification Settings. For example, you might want alerts for Liga 1 matches but not for every slot game update.
You can also set your preferred language (English or Indonesian), your time zone, and your display theme (light or dark mode). These settings sync across all your devices, so if you switch from phone to tablet, your preferences follow you.
